Nicole takes 2nd place in her final figure
show of 2009! She competed in Allentown, Pa July 18th at the Bill Grant Classic!
Nicole is the official
winner of my TRANSFORMATION OF THE YEAR! I began working with Nicole in December, her hard work and dedication kept
her on track to lose an astonishing 45 pounds and place in her first ever figure show! Nicole was 4th in the short class
at the Garden State Championships on June 27th, 2009!! I can't tell everyone how much respect I have for this young woman!
Nicole is also missing her right hand. Talk about dedication in training! Imagine training upper body without
being able to hold onto a barbell or dumbell! But nothing was going to stop her! Nicole stuck to the program I
designed without question, day in and day out for nearly 7 months! Never complained once! She not only
was able to reach her goal of competing in a figure competition but placed 4th in a class of 9 girls! Her work
ethic and perseverance is what any trainer dreams of! For
all these reasons I am so very PROUD to have worked with such an exceptional young woman! If all athletes had the heart
and desire of Nicole!
